About the Ball: Believed to be the last GG ball stamped with then President Howard B. Keane's facsimile signature.
It's a bit confusing because some business analyst websites list two presidents for Rawlings Sporting Goods throughout most of the 2000s - so we can't necessarily date the balls based on President stamps. But it makes sense that the current Gold Glove ball is the one stamped with current president Robert M. Parrish. So Rawlings likely came out with the new and current Gold Glove ball when Parrish became the sole president of the company.
We consider this blank sweet spot panel to be the front, since you'd obviously want to display it once you've had a GG Winner sign it.
